New Rock Music Video Storyboards

I’ve been meaning to post more work here in the past month or so. Now that the New Rock video has wrapped up, I thought some people might be interested in seeing some of the work that went in to planning it. I’ve posted the storyboards for the mime sequence below. I drew 37 pages of storyboards in total, which comprised about 64 unique shots.

Also of interesting note are the portions that I decided to omit from the video. Most of the omissions happened because of time constraints that occurred while filming. Here, you will notice that I included a shot of the mime peeing his pants. That, unfortunately, never made the final cut.

Featherweight Finishes First Project

For our Advanced Visual Media Portfolio class, Jesse Kimes, myself, Chris Marotta, and Zach Jopling created a production company that produces visual content for bands. Our first project was for the Washington, D.C.-based rock band, The Moderate. We just finished putting the final touches on everything, and you can check out the photo, video, and web content here.
